generate the onversations. If too much time goes by to respond to comments and questions, you may lose out on the opportunity to build another relationship. Facebook’s new platform now sends you email alerts on your Fan Page activity. There are other free and paid apps available to customize your alerts if you prefer that route.
- Authenticity and transparency is key. Your fans want to talk with you and get your feedback and answers, not a canned response, not a virtual assistant, nor a 3rd party app or company. If YOU are not there to be real, your Fans will say “bye bye”…for real.
